<b>Wage:</b>
Starting at $16+/hour
<b>Schedule:</b>
Must be flexible to work assigned schedule between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday
through Friday. Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and
holidays. Average hours per week is 40 hours.
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
</p><ul><li>Greet all customers when entering and exiting the store</li><li>Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and be able to clearly explain all</li></ul>

<ul><li>Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of the day</li><li>Maintain a clean working environment and personal work space</li><li>Engage in conversation with the customer to add a personal touch to each and</li></ul>
every transaction
<ul><li>End each transaction by saying “thank you” to every customer</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor</li><li>Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a</li></ul>
winning team and promotes personal growth
* Ability to perform basic math; compute rate, ratio and percent; draw and
interpret bar graphs
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and
memos
<ul><li>Ability to write simple correspondence</li><li>Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one and small group</li></ul>
situation to customers and other employees
* Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail and
problem solving skills
* Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement while contributing to

<b>Education & Experience:</b>
Highschool diploma or GED preferred and/or 1-3 months of cashiering experience
<b>Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:</b>
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch,
reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable
accommodation.
Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds
of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
