Job Description : Graphic & Digital Designer

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Designer who can handle the complete visual content requirements of the company, including website design, social media creatives, Reels, GIFs, animations, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand branding, and be able to convert ideas and briefs into visually engaging, professional, and user-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI sections.
• Create engaging Reels and short-form promotional videos.
• Create GIFs, motion graphics, and basic animations.
• Edit videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative visual content based on company requirements.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and visual style.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to understand creative requirements.
• Convert concepts, briefs, and ideas into high-quality visual designs.
• Handle design revisions and deliver creatives within deadlines.
• Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and screen sizes.
• Stay updated with current design, animation, and social media trends.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Experience in website/UI and landing-page design.
• Experience creating Reels and short-form videos.
• Knowledge of GIF creation, motion graphics, and animation.
• Video editing skills.
• Good understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut or similar video-editing tools

Candidates do not need to know every tool, but should be proficient in the tools relevant to their work.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant portfolio demonstrating graphic design, website design, video editing, Reels, and animation work.
