The Role
Work as an Unqualified Primary Teacher, earning £27,000 per annum on the unqualified teacher pay scale.
Deliver full lessons independently for two days per week.
Spend the remaining three days working alongside the Year 5 class teacher, developing your teaching practice and learning from experienced professionals.
Gain valuable experience planning, delivering and assessing lessons.
Access fully funded teacher training from September 2027, with the opportunity to work towards becoming a qualified primary teacher.
Start as soon as possible, with interviews taking place next week.
