Assistant Manager

Please find the JD. Role - Assistant Manager - Travel Operations Location- DN road, Mumbai. Responsibilties:- 1. Issuing tickets as per the client requirements. 2. Manage all transactions related to non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance All non-air services - Rail / Visa / Bus /Insurance. 3. Ensure client SLAs are met. 4. Drive PLB carrier sales. 5. Ensure all supports are uploaded in iBook. 6. Ensure Nil billing pendency. 7. Extend support for submission by providing all correspondence mail. 8. Handling personal bookings of clients and ensuring timely collection of payments. 9. Coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings. 10. Achieving Revenue and transaction targets as defined by the business. 11. Coordinating & negotiating with hotels and suppliers. 12. Sub activities related to transaction including invoicing, hotel invoice collection & reconciliation. 13. Manage all the client interactions and maximize the business through quality service being provided to the client. 14. Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. 15. Ensuring quality service is provided to clients by following the organization standards.
