We are looking for a confident, experienced

High-Ticket B2B Sales Closer

to help us grow by converting qualified business owners into long-term clients.

You are a proven closer who enjoys selling high-value B2B services.
You are disciplined about follow-ups, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
You take ownership of your performance and want to grow with a company long-term.
Conduct high-ticket B2B sales calls with qualified, primarily inbound leads.
Proactively contact unbooked leads and existing CRM opportunities to generate additional appointments.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up activities.
Track sales performance, including close rates, cash collected, and pipeline opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, call reviews, and relevant team activities.
Proven B2B sales experience

, ideally selling services to business owners or decision-makers.
~ Experience selling agency or professional services

, such as marketing, recruiting, staffing, business consulting, outsourced operations, or similar offerings.
~ Confident, engaging presence on video and phone calls.
~ Experience maintaining CRM records, follow-ups, and sales performance reporting.
~ Willingness to receive coaching, review recorded calls, and continuously improve.
~ Reliable primary and backup internet connections and a professional remote calling setup.

Experience selling recurring agency retainers or outsourced business services.
Background in marketing agencies, staffing firms, recruitment agencies, or business operations consulting.
Experience selling through Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
