Service Desk Technician (Contract, Onsite in Everett, WA)iMatch is hiring a Service Desk Technician for a client in Everett, WA, a well-known consumer products company. You’ll work side by side with a Lead System Admin on a company-wide laptop refresh. You’ll get hands-on experience on a busy, friendly IT team, and it’s a great foot in the door with the company.

What you’ll doUpgrade employee laptops across Windows and Mac. The current workload is mostly Mac.Image old machines, migrate users to their new devices, and provision new hardware.Schedule upgrade appointments with employees and make sure old devices are returned and tracked.Install and configure a wide range of business applications, such as Jira.Provide friendly, patient support to employees throughout the upgrade process.Work closely with the Lead System Admin to keep the project on schedule.
What we’re looking forExperience in desktop support, service desk, or IT technician roles.Hands-on experience imaging, provisioning, and deploying Windows and Mac devices.Strong communication and customer service skills. You explain things clearly and treat people kindly.Reliable, organized, and good at managing a steady stream of appointments.A positive attitude and comfort working closely with a small team. xzbcwsv Freshworks (Freshservice) experience is a plus.
