Salary: Up to £44k + car allowance + uncapped monthly commission
Location: South WalesVargo is hiring for a dynamic asset finance funder offering hire purchase and leasing services to SMEs across the UK. This role will address the rising demand for asset finance from SMEs and brokers in the South Wales and Southwest regions.ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through your introducer networkStructure and agree on initial facility termsSubmit facility proposals to underwritersAttend client meetings for document signingCoordinate with operations to ensure a smooth onboarding processPresent a professional first-line impression to external stakeholdersOperate effectively from day one with minimal supervisionRequirementsSeveral years’ experience within the asset finance sectorEstablished broker relationships and a strong understanding of industrial equipment and vehiclesTarget-driven with strong planning skills and the ability to manage high activity levels and engagement strategiesBenefitsCar allowance – £350 per monthPrivate medical (after 6 months)25 days’ annual leave + bank holidaysBirthday offChristmas & New Year – fully paid time off#LI-CC1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
