Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, X (Twitter), You Tube, and other relevant channels. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality and impactful content. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance for maximum results. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors for promotional activities. Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
