Maintenance Tech

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Full Time Maintenance Tech to support safe, comfortable facilities for our healthcare and social service programs. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance, responding to work orders and emergencies for resident units, offices, and common areas. Duties include troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues; coordinating with vendors; and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and code compliance.
