Job Description: Ad Ops & Campaign Finance Specialist
Experience: 2–4 years in performance marketing or media buying.
Focus: Technical tracking, ad-ops workflow, and spend reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Tracking & Ad-Ops
Set up and configure offers, landers, and campaign links inside Click Flare.
Implement and test server-to-server (S2 S) postbacks, pixels, and API integrations.
Monitor tracking flows daily to identify and fix click-to-conversion discrepancies.
Troubleshoot broken links, domain issues, and campaign routing errors immediately.
Financial Operations & Reconciliation
Match and audit daily ad spend data across multiple partner platforms.
Cross-check revenue reports against spend to find and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate directly with the finance team for accurate tracking and bookkeeping.
Manage partner account funding, balances, and timely top-up requests.
Team Support & Partner Onboarding
Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a team.
Review basic campaign statistics to provide actionable ROI recommendations.
Assist and mentor junior media buyers with data analysis and tracking setups.
Manage the complete onboarding, account setup, and platform access for new partners.
Build and update clean performance dashboards and operational reports for management.
Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical ad operations or affiliate marketing.
Proven proficiency with performance trackers like Click Flare, Voluum, or Everflow.
Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, data matching, and spend reconciliation).
High attention to detail—errors in tracking or funding directly impact revenue.
