Location: Pal Rto Adajan, Surat                               Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM (early morning)

Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (evening shift)

 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM

( night shift )

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with global clients via phone, email & chat

• Recommend products based on client needs

• Handle inquiries, follow-ups & close deals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery

• Keep accurate CRM records

Requirements:

• Excellent English (spoken & written)

• Experience in sales/customer service preferred

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Self-motivated & reliable
