Business Development Executive (BDE)

About Qwind

Qwind is a leading manufacturer of premium aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

·        Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.

·        Meet architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and interior designers.

·        Conduct product presentations and client meetings.

·        Identify upcoming construction projects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

·        Project execution.

·        Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

·        Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

·        Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management.

·        Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events whenever required.

Eligibility

·        Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

·        3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Field Sales.

·        Experience in Building Materials, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Glass, Façade, UPVC, Hardware, Construction, Paints, Tiles, Cement, Plywood, or related industries will be preferred.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Strong understanding of the construction and building materials market is an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

·        Must be willing to travel across Ahmedabad and nearby regions.

·        Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
