Technical Experience

10–12 years of IT industry experience.

5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.

Experience managing application delivery within Microsoft technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Acceleration

Drive execution of approved initiatives to improve delivery efficiency Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively mitigate risks. Coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams. Ensure timely delivery against agreed milestones and commitments.

Agile Delivery Excellence

Strengthen Agile delivery discipline across teams. Promote continuous improvement and delivery best practices.

Project Governance & Reporting

Establish clear project governance and reporting mechanisms. Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and project plans. Drive stakeholder communication and governance meetings.

Technical Delivery

Coordinate engineering activities across development, testing, Dev Ops, and production support teams. Track delivery of technical initiatives from planning through implementation. Understand technical dependencies and assist in delivery planning.

Technical Debt & Engineering Improvements

Drive planning and execution of technical debt remediation initiatives. Collaborate with engineering leads to prioritize modernization activities. Track progress against technical improvement roadmaps.

Required Skills & Experience

Microsoft Technology Stack

Strong understanding of:

Microsoft Azure . NET / ASP. NET C# Azure Dev Ops Azure App Services Azure Functions Azure Storage Azure SQL Database / SQL Server Azure Monitor / Application Insights Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) REST APIs and microservices architecture Data Bricks, Postgres, ADLS

A hands-on development background is desirable

Project Management

Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale technology projects. Strong planning, scheduling, estimation, and dependency management skills. Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams. Excellent risk, issue, and change management capabilities.
