What You'll DoAs a Bookkeeper, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business clients while supporting our bookkeeping, tax preparation, and tax representation teams.Key responsibilities include:Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and financial guidanceSupporting new client discovery, onboarding, and account setupMaintaining accurate financial records, general ledgers, and account reconciliationsRecording and reviewing financial transactions while ensuring compliance requirements are metPreparing and delivering quarterly financial reports to clientsIdentifying potential tax-related issues and assisting with estimated tax payment planningCoordinating with tax preparation and tax resolution teams to ensure timely delivery of client informationProviding forward-thinking insights that help clients make informed business decisions
What We're Looking For2+ years of bookkeeping experienceStrong understanding of account reconciliation, general accounting principles, and financial analysisExperience with QuickBooks and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesOutstanding client service and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detailBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field preferred
