Growth Manager

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Manager with 3–7 years of experience to drive user growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention for our lending portfolio, including secured & unsecured loans, credit cards, and gold loans. This role requires strong ownership of the user lifecycle, funnel performance, and CRM-led growth initiatives, combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. The candidate should be good in identifying various cohorts and Business opportunity from various channels to deliver Revenue and profitability targets.
