Key ResponsibilitiesManage approximately 10 active requisitions across technical and business functions.Recruit for IT, infrastructure, managed services (MSP), and related positions.Source, screen, qualify, and present candidates, with particular attention to technical aptitude, communication, and professionalism.Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific needs.Take ownership of the recruiting process, from initial intake through offer acceptance.Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and proactively follow up with hiring managers.Keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.Anticipate delays, address obstacles, and maintain momentum toward successful hires. xzbcwsv Represent ECI professionally and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
