Supervisor, Workshop 2nd Shift Location: Jupiter, FL. Status: Salary Exempt Job Summary The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following: Drive correct execution of the Workshop production orders within the planned router times, reporting time, while minimizing cost overruns in performance of operations Provide rapid, dependable first level dispositioning of issues on the floor to keep parts moving whenever possible without negatively impacting quality or cost Onboarding, coaching, training, and mentoring of employees to include annual performance reviews. Supervision, development and motivation of employees in area of responsibility, including identification of training needs. Ensure EHS and Quality compliance Enforce company rules and policies. Drive accountability in time charging transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes. The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The worker is subject to hazards.
