Role Description: Associate Creative Director - The Wedding Story

Mumbai | Full-time | Hybrid (Studio + On-site Travel)

₹60,000–65,000/month

We're looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead the visual and creative direction of our wedding projects. This hybrid role blends studio-based creative leadership with on-site travel for weddings, hands-on data management, and client/planner coordination.

You'll:

• Lead creative direction for wedding shoots, films, and brand deliverables
• Travel on-site to oversee creative execution and manage data
• Coordinate with clients and planners to align vision with logistics
• Review work and give feedback to photographers and videographers
• Present creative concepts to clients
• Maintain quality standards across the production process
• Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

You have:

• Experience in creative direction and strategy
• High EQ, strong communication, and leadership skills
• Meticulous, organised, and calm under on-site pressure
• Solid grasp of art direction and graphic design
• Experience in wedding, lifestyle, or fashion photography/storytelling (a plus)
• Photo/video editing skills (a strong plus)
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects at once
• A degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or equivalent experience
