Senior Project Manager | Healthcare Agency | New York, NY I’m currently partnering with a growing global healthcare agency on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding US team. What you’ll be doing: • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated healthcare campaigns from kickoff through completion • Manage timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, and project scope across multiple workstreams • Partner closely with Account, Creative, Strategy, and Medical teams to keep projects moving smoothly • Identify risks and dependencies and proactively develop solutions • Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients • Help bring structure, organization, and efficiency to a fast-paced agency environment What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of project management experience within a healthcare, pharma, advertising, or communications agency • Strong understanding of agency workflows and integrated campaign delivery • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities • A proactive, collaborative approach with strong stakeholder management skills If you’re an experienced agency Project Manager looking to join a growing healthcare agency and work on exciting, high-profile brands, I’d love to hear from you!
