About the Role

GrowEdgeX is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with a strong track record in paid advertising, particularly for B2B service businesses. Experience working with US clients and managing substantial advertising budgets will be strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate understands ad platform algorithms, funnels, creatives, testing, optimization and scaling and can independently manage multiple advertising accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize multiple Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts
• Develop and execute performance driven paid advertising strategies
• Build and optimize B2B lead generation funnels
• Strong understanding of ad funnels, creatives, audience targeting and campaign structures
• Manage and scale significant advertising budgets while maintaining performance
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers and campaign strategies
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates and lead quality
• Stay updated with Meta and Google algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets efficiently.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience managing multiple ad accounts and meaningful budgets
• Strong understanding of advertising algorithms, funnels and optimization
• B2B and service-based marketing experience preferred
• US client experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to generate and scale quality leads through paid advertising
• Candidates with a strong portfolio and proven campaign results will be preferred

We are looking for a strong performance marketer who understands the strategy behind paid advertising, not someone who simply knows how to launch campaigns.
