We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a specific kitchen section (Continental)
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (as per FSSAI guidelines)
• Assist in inventory control and stock management
• Ensure minimal wastage and proper utilization of ingredients
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
• Neapolitan Pizza Experience preferred.
