Location: Hampshire - Basingstoke, 5 days per week on customer site, with periodic travel to other customer sites
Working Pattern: Shift working, 0700-1500 and 1100-1900 on a rotating pattern

Company: Tektora, supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT providerTektora are supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT provider who are looking to speak with DV Cleared 3rd Line Storage and PKI Engineers for a contract opportunity supporting a high profile user community on a high level government account.This role would suit someone with strong storage and public key infrastructure support experience who is comfortable within a change-controlled secure environment and is looking to develop further across cloud storage and PKI delivery.The RoleYou will be involved in:Responding to escalations from 2nd Line and completing daily checksMaintaining and supporting the PKI solutionAttending PKI activities, requiring travel to other sites several days a monthMaintaining and supporting the backup and storage solution, providing timely updates to the Operations LeadCarrying out planned activities through a Change Management processMonitoring the system using Event Management tooling and responding to incidents through the Incident processTriaging incidents and escalating through the Service Management teamCarrying out readiness assessments for new releases entering service from the Engineering teamProducing and maintaining documentation such as work instructions and patching schedulesKey Experience RequiredUK Sole National with active DV ClearanceStorage solutions experience, for example Dell Avamar and Data DomainPublic key technologies, for example Microsoft or ThalesCloud infrastructure storage experienceVMware cloud technologiesWilling to work a rotating shift pattern and travel to other customer sitesITSM tooling and processesServer administration, for example Microsoft Windows ServerEvent management tooling such as SCOM, use of rather than administrationVMware vCenter, use of rather than administrationInterested?Tektora are looking to speak with DV Cleared 3rd Line Storage and PKI Engineers who are open to contract opportunities and keen to develop further across secure storage and PKI delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
