We’re looking for confident and motivated Final Expense Closers to join our BPO sales team supporting the U.S. market.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Strong sales and objection-handling skills
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• 2+ years of sales/closing experience is a plus
• Previous Final Expense or Life Insurance experience is preferred but not mandatory

What You’ll Do

• Speak with potential U.S. customers over the phone
• Understand customer needs and explain insurance options
• Handle objections and build customer trust
• Convert qualified leads into sales
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
