1. Role : Senior Manager / Associate Director

2. Qualification : Graduate + MBA

3. Experience : 12 - 15 years

4. Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)

5. RM : VP/EVP

6. Candidate Industry : Automobiles, Chemicals, Healthcare, Metals & Mining etc.

7. Responsibilities :

a. Own project and team-level P&L, with accountability for commercial performance, delivery quality, and operating efficiency.

b. Have full accountability for project delivery, resource optimization, client satisfaction, and account management.

c. Oversee research design, execution, and timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects with limited oversight from VP/EVP.

d. Drive targeted sales and business development initiatives in partnership with the practice head, including opportunity identification, proposal support and client conversations.

e. Build and deepen senior client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support account growth through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement.

f. Lead team capability building, mentoring, performance enablement, and broader people-development initiatives that strengthen delivery excellence.

g. Bring hands-on experience across market assessment, project feasibility, market entry, growth strategy, supply chain enhancement, and partner identification.

8. Personal Attributes:

a. Ability to independently manage competing priorities and delivery high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

b. Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, define the research approach, and drive execution independently.

c. High ownership mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to operate with urgency and sound judgement.

d. Proficiency in the MS Office is critical. Working knowledge of other statistical tools - an added advantage.
