Job Description – Tele Sales Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a  Tele Sales Executive  to manage relationships with existing customers, drive repeat sales, improve customer loyalty, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
Drive repeat purchases and improve customer retention.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
Manage difficult or adverse customer situations professionally.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of issues.
Reactivate inactive customers and identify new revenue opportunities.
Maintain proper customer records and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, retention, and revenue targets.
Contribute towards increasing customer lifetime value and overall company revenue.

Experience
1–3 years  of experience in telesales, customer relationship management, inside sales, retention, or customer success preferred.
