Jr project manager - f&b

Ambros World Foods  is looking for a hands-on  Project Manager – F&B  to take complete ownership of restaurant projects from  site handover to opening day .

KRA:

• Manage end-to-end F&B projects:  Design → Approvals → Budget → Construction → Procurement → Pre-Opening → Launch

• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, operations and internal teams

• Drive projects  on time, within budget and as per brand standards

• Manage site execution, MEP, kitchen setup, equipment and procurement

• Track project timelines, budgets, BOQs and milestones

• Coordinate statutory approvals and licensing requirements

• Lead pre-opening readiness, staff deployment, trials and operational handover

• Ensure smooth transition from  Project → Operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5–10 years  of experience in F&B / Hospitality project execution

• Strong experience in  restaurant / QSR / bar pre-openings

• Excellent vendor, contractor and stakeholder management skills

• Strong understanding of construction, commercial kitchens and MEP

• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines

• Willingness to travel as required

  Location:  Mumbai and Travelling (As per co requirements)

  Experience:  5–10 Years

  Employment Type:  Full-Time | Salary : 40000 to 50000
