p b Design Manager (Motorsport) /b br br The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. br b £65,000 - £70,000 + Training + Progression /b br b Witney, Oxfordshire /b br Are you a Head of Product Development, Design Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar with experience leading a design or engineering team, looking to join a specialist manufacturer where you will oversee product development from concept through to production? br On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist engineering manufacturer producing high-performance mechanical products for the automotive, motorcycle, motorsport, and performance vehicle sectors. You will play a key role in leading product development, managing engineering projects, and ensuring new designs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and ready for manufacture. br In this varied role, you will manage project delivery from initial concept through to completion, overseeing design, development, prototyping, production documentation, and design for manufacture.
