Responsibilities Designing, developing, and implementing APIs and microservices using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and others.Understanding and applying microservices architecture patterns, ensuring each service has a single responsibility and clear boundaries.Implementing robust security measures for APIs and microservices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.Working closely with cross-functional teams (architects, product owners, QA, DevOps) to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration.Monitoring the performance of APIs and microservices, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring they are operational.Creating and maintaining clear and comprehensive documentation for APIs, microservices, and related processes.Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
Skills and QualificationsExperience with/in: Azure Cloud (APIM, Azure Container Apps, Azure SQL, Key Vault, ADLS/Blob Storage, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Functions).Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.Java spring boot microservicesBuilding API services using OAuth2, JWT, API Keys, or Mutual TLSDevOps tools using Git, or CI/CD tools.OpenAPI / SwaggerMaven, GradleJSON, XML formats
Preferred:Azure CertificationExperience integrating with external applications.High-Volume Real time Transaction Processing PlatformsFunctional knowledge on Banking/Fraud area.
