Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Global Markets Domain Expert with strong Calypso and Business Analysis expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, strong exposure to Capital/Global Markets, and the ability to work across business change and technology projects.

The role will involve requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, and Agile/Scrum activities. The candidate should be a self-driven problem solver who can independently manage issues and take ownership of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and project teams.
• Provide functional expertise across Calypso and Global/Capital Markets processes.
• Prepare and maintain business/functional documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories .
• Support project delivery through requirements management, analysis, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Participate in and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies where required.
• Take on Scrum Master and/or project management responsibilities as necessary.
• Identify project issues, analyze root causes, and drive them toward resolution with minimal escalation.
• Contribute to business change initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
• Support project planning, tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Travel to the US may be required based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , including strong requirements development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Calypso in a functional/business analysis capacity.
• Strong understanding of Global Markets / Capital Markets / Investment Banking .
• Experience with one or more products/processes such as FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Trading, or Securities .
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
• Experience performing Scrum Master and/or project management activities is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project .

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal/relevant Business Analysis certification or qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience working on Calypso implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects .
• Experience in UAT, process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.
• Experience working with global/distributed teams.
