Salary: $145,600 - 187,200 per year Requirements:

• We ask for 2 or more years of professional full stack engineering experience.
• We need strong proficiency in Next.js for building modern frontend applications with server-side rendering and API routes.
• We require experience with Redis for caching, session handling, and real-time data processing.
• We look for solid experience designing and working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, queries, relationships, and optimization.
• We require experience with Tailwind CSS for creating responsive, custom user interfaces.
• Preferred: experience delivering complete applications independently rather than working on a single service or component.
• Preferred: familiarity with authentication patterns, background jobs, and reporting or analytics features.
• Preferred: comfort switching between unfamiliar domains and quickly learning new product requirements.

• We design and develop complete, production-quality applications from scratch across a variety of business domains using Next.js, Redis, and SQL databases.
• We build diverse application types such as dashboards, management systems, workflow tools, and data-driven platforms that showcase different feature sets and architectural patterns.
• We implement full functionality in each application, including user authentication, data management, real-time capabilities, reporting, and business logic.
• We architect efficient data flows between the frontend, caching layer, and database so applications remain responsive under load.
