About the OpportunityWe're looking for a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Solutions Lead to help build and scale an enterprise Agentic AI Workforce.
This is an opportunity to lead a small, highly technical team focused on transforming business processes through AI-driven automation. You'll own solutions from initial business discovery and architecture through hands-on prototyping and production delivery.
This is not a traditional AI strategy or advisory role. We're looking for someone who can think strategically, design solutions, and roll up their sleeves to build them.
What You'll DoLead a pod of 2–3 engineers focused on designing and delivering agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions.Partner directly with business leaders to identify automation opportunities, understand workflows, and uncover operational inefficiencies.Design future-state processes leveraging agentic AI, RPA, ETL, reporting, and other automation technologies.Translate business needs into technical solutions and rapidly build working prototypes.Provide hands-on technical leadership while guiding engineers through development and delivery.Develop business cases highlighting efficiency gains, automation opportunities, and potential cost savings.Help define technical architecture, development standards, tools, and best practices.Collaborate with engineering teams to bring solutions into production, ensuring security, scalability, and observability.
What We're Looking ForHands-on agentic AI development experience: Proven ability to design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.Enterprise-scale delivery: Experience taking AI solutions beyond prototypes into production environments supporting hundreds or thousands of users.Technical leadership: Strong architecture and solution design skills combined with the ability to actively contribute to development.AI platforms and tools: Experience with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, or comparable agentic AI technologies.Business process transformation: Experience with process discovery, workflow mapping, and designing future-state automation solutions.Stakeholder engagement: Ability to independently lead discussions with business leaders, translate challenges into technical requirements, and drive solutions forward. xzbcwsv Team leadership: Experience guiding engineers while remaining directly involved in solution development.
