Team members join a culture that values experimentation, clear results, and practical innovation. Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable oversight, invoicing, payouts and salaries and bank reconciliations. The Senior Accountant prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, Investor MIS, monitors cash flow, and supports budgeting and forecasting activities along with expertise with ESI, PF, ESOP policies etc. The role includes ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, as well as coordinating with external auditors and advisors. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with leadership to provide financial analysis, support decision-making, and recommend process improvements. Qualifications Strong foundation in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management. Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools; comfort working with data and financial reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial information, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams on-site in Jaipur. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification is an advantage. Prior experience in a senior or lead accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced or media/technology-oriented environment.
