Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Drive room bookings, banquet sales, conferences, and group reservations. Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Conduct sales calls, meetings, and site inspections. Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Market Analysis & Strategy Analyse market trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports. Adjust pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management.

Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Marketing, and Food & Beverage departments. Ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings. Coordinate with the Revenue Manager for pricing strategies.

Promotion & Networking Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain strong brand presence in the local market. Promote loyalty programs and special packages.

Administrative Duties Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems. Prepare contracts, proposals, and presentations. Monitor payment collections and credit limits.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hotel management software and CRM systems. Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
