About the role

The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a rare, high-trust seat at the Founder's table. You will be the CEO's most trusted operator on how factori.com runs — driving strategic priorities to closure, holding the leadership team to a shared operating rhythm, and building the people-and-process foundation that a company scaling to global ambition demands. This is a build-the-company-with-the-founder role — for someone who wants the fastest possible learning curve in Indian commerce today, and is willing to earn it.

What you'll own

• Strategic execution. Translate the CEO's priorities into projects, owners, and outcomes. Keep every major initiative moving forward and closed to the finish.
• Leadership operating cadence. Design and run the reviews, meetings, and forums that keep the leadership team aligned and moving in one direction.
• People & talent. Own the full lifecycle — hiring, onboarding, engagement, growth, and exits — supported by a team of recruiters who will report to you from Day 1.
• Learning & Development. Design and deliver training and L&D programmes across functions, so every team member is set up for success in their role.
• Special projects. The most sensitive, cross-functional initiatives the CEO owns — from leadership hiring to strategic partnerships to critical operational resets — will land on your desk.
• Communication. Own the CEO's voice inside the company — memos, town-hall content, and leadership communications that keep everyone on the same page.

What we're looking for

Must-have: 4–6 years of total experience, ideally across two or more of — Chief of Staff roles, HR / People, Training & L&D, Strategy & Consulting, Business Operations at a growth-stage company. Demonstrable examples of programmes and systems you have built. Excellent written and spoken English — you can turn complex conversations into clear memos, and hold a room of senior leaders. Comfort with structured frameworks, dashboards, HRMS platforms, and data-led reviews. Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field. MBA / PGDM is a plus.

Nice-to-have: prior work as Chief of Staff, Business Operations lead, or Strategy Ops at a growth-stage startup or founder's office; experience running training or L&D programmes at scale; familiarity with modern performance-management frameworks and OKR / KPI systems.
