About the Role
We are looking for SAP BASIS Consultants with strong AMS / Production Support experience to join an enterprise support project. Candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and BASIS administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain SAP production systems
- Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities
- Support transport management and system health checks
- Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Ensure SLA adherence in support operations
Required Skills
- SAP BASIS Administration
- AMS / Production Support
- SAP ECC / S4HANA
- System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Transport Management System (TMS)
- Background Job Monitoring
- Incident & Ticket Handling
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Preferred Skills
- HANA Database exposure
- Linux/Unix knowledge
- Immediate to 30 Days joiners preferred
