HRIS/HR System Support Analyst

Job Purpose: This role supports the maintenance and optimisation of Workday HCM and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, efficient operations, and a positive user experience. The Analyst contributes to system enhancements, testing, audits, and day-to-day support while resolving Tier 1 global inquiries and escalating more complex issues as needed.
