The Successful Applicant A successful Industrial/Mission Critical Project Manager should have: * 3-5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction * Experience with light industrial, data center, or PEMB projects * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors * Familiarity with Procore, CMiC, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms preferred What's on Offer Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base salary (with flexibility for the right candidate) * 10% annual bonus opportunity plus vehicle allowance or company truck/fuel card * 3-5 weeks PTO, HSA benefits, and hybrid flexibility for Project Managers * Career growth within an expanding organization delivering projects across multiple states
