Job Description Review construction plans, specifications, and project requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates for complex commercial projects. Assess labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals. Coordinate with project managers, architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates support project objectives and schedules. Utilize historical cost data and current market conditions to enhance estimating accuracy and forecasting. Prepare and present cost analyses and bid recommendations to leadership teams and clients for review and approval. Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry. Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
