This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence AI adoption at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Performance-related bonus and executive benefits package /li li Hybrid working pattern (approx. 3 days in London office) /li li 25 days’ annual leave + public holidays /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and execute the AI and data strategy aligned to business priorities /li li Lead a multidisciplinary team across data science, ML engineering, data engineering, analytics and AI delivery /li li Portfolio management of high-impact AI and data initiatives /li li Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from ideation to measurable impact /li li Drive internal AI adoption to improve productivity and decision-making /li li Oversee scalable, high-quality data and AI platforms /li li Collaborate with commercial, operational and technology functions /li li Translate complex AI topics into clear business language for leadership /li li Promote best practices across data architecture, model development, deployment and lifecycle management /li li Foster data-driven culture through upskilling and adoption initiatives /li li Report to senior commercial leadership and collaborate with strategy teams /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Senior AI/data leadership experience /li li Track record delivering data/AI initiatives with business impact /li li Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, ML and AI technologies /li li Experience in complex, matrixed organisations /li li Ability to define strategy while guiding execution /li li Strong commercial acumen linking AI initiatives to business value /li li Excellent senior stakeholder management and influence /li li Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business language /li li Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to delivery and adoption /li li Delivery-focused mindset with bias for action /li li Curiosity and readiness to challenge the status quo /li li Experience building and inspiring high-performing technical teams /li li Technical background in data science, AI, data platforms, ML engineering or data architecture /li li Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, SaaS or data-rich environments (preferred) /li li AWS platform knowledge (beneficial) /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li commercial acumen /li li communication and influence /li li data science /li li machine learning /li li data engineering /li /ul
