About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at our office in Malir, Karachi . You will focus on international B2B sales , speaking directly with overseas buyers, and closing deals for our surgical and medical instrument range.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads from hospitals, clinics, and distributors in international markets
• Make outbound international sales calls and follow up consistently with prospects
• Present our product range and explain pricing, minimum order quantities, and shipping options
• Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report progress regularly
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in medical devices, surgical instruments, or healthcare supplies
• Hands-on experience in international calling and outbound sales
• Strong track record in lead closing and achieving sales targets
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, professional phone presence
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage a lead pipeline and follow up consistently
• Basic experience with CRM or sales tracking tools and handling quotations
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Able to work on-site from our Malir, Karachi office
• Knowledge of surgical instruments or healthcare is a plus
