Position : Technical Support Executive – International Voice Process
Location : Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift : Night Shift
Weekly Off : Rotational Weekdays
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process. (Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.) Technical Support experience is mandatory along with customer handling skills. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong troubleshooting, analytical skill.Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to international customers. Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies Diagnose and resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution. Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.About us:
