Janitri Innovations Pvt. Ltd. develops maternal, fetal, and newborn monitoring solutions for hospitals and public health systems. We partner with government institutions to improve maternal and newborn care through innovative digital health technologies.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of government healthcare projects across Assam. The role involves project execution, stakeholder management, field operations, training, reporting, and ensuring successful adoption of Janitri's solutions across public health facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of government healthcare projects.
  • Build and manage relationships with NHM, State Health Departments, district officials, and hospital leadership.
  • Oversee deployment, training, and adoption of Janitri's solutions across healthcare facilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, and compliance.
  • Prepare implementation reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Resolve field-level issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MPH/MHA/MBA) preferred.

Experience

  • 8-12 years of project/program management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years managing government healthcare or public health projects.
  • Experience working with NHM, government hospitals, or public health systems.
  • Experience in Assam or Northeast India is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools
  • Assamese, Hindi, and English communication preferred.

Travel

Frequent travel across districts in Assam is required.


Compensation :- 8 LPA - 10 LPA
