US Commercial Leasing & Property Accounting Expert

Level3bos is seeking a US Commercial Leasing Expert / Property Accountant to manage lease interpretation, tenant billing, and property accounting using Yardi. You will review US lease structures (NNN, Gross, Modified Gross, CAM), perform lease abstracts, configure billing, reconciliations, and coordinate with property management and finance teams to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

Strong knowledge of US lease terminology, experience with AR/AP, and bank reconciliations are
