Pay Range: $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all of the compensation matters in their client organizations, including: Technology, Operations, Legal, Risk, Audit.Partnering with HR and business leaders to develop and manage compensation across the established client groupEstablishing governance and effectiveness of compensation programsProviding expert consulting on base salary, bonus, and equity programsDesigning and supporting regulatory effortsDeploying market intelligence strategyWorking with the compensation team to review compensation policies and practicesDelivering training to HR and managers on compensation philosophy and programs Leading strategic projects while also managing routine activitiesExecuting the annual compensation planning processPerforming ad hoc analysis to support business needs Initiating and maintaining strong working relationships with leaders across the organization
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Must have skills: Compensation / Total Rewards Experience, Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation, Compensation Analysis / Excel & Data Analytics9 years of experience in compensation in larger scale organizations or as a consultant with a large organizationStrong client management and problem-solving skills with executive managementSales compensation design, governance & process experienceAbility to design and develop compensation policy and governanceUnderstanding of the financial services regulatory environmentDemonstrated analytical skills and business case capabilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and influencing abilityHighly collaborative style and strong team orientationAbility and confidence to advise senior leadersExcellent communication and presentation skillsHigh integrity and ethics in handling confidential informationAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceKnowledge of FLSA and other applicable laws4-year degree or advanced degree highly preferredProfessional certifications a plus
