Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Sr. Visual Designer to manage and guide our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with marketing/creative agencies and handling real estate branding and marketing projects from scratch.The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing creative campaigns while ensuring high-quality visual communication across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative/design team for daily tasks and project execution.
• Handle real estate branding, hospitality, and marketing projects from scratch to final execution.
• Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project planning and creative approvals.
• Review and approve designs, presentations, videos, and campaign creatives.
• Guide junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and creative industry standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience working with creative/marketing agencies.
• Experience in handling real estate projects, hospitality, and campaigns.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Excellent branding and visual communication skills.
• Strong team management and communication abilities.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design/creative designing.
• Prior experience in team handling or creative leadership is preferred.
• Preferred Qualities Strong portfolio showcasing branding and campaign projects.
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising creatives.
• Problem-solving mindset and leadership abilities.
