Molyar is a renowned interior design studio specializing in hospitality projects. We craft stunning and functional spaces for hotels, homestays, cottages, restaurants, and bars, transforming them into experiences that captivate guests. Our meticulous attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship are evident in over 50+ projects across India and the US.
We’ve had the privilege of collaborating with prestigious brands like Club Mahindra and Taj, along with renowned hotels like Madhuban and Saffron Leaf.
We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the project.
* Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client objectives and enhance space utilization.
* Create detailed drawings and presentations using Auto CAD and Sketch Up.
* Source furniture, finishes, materials, and equipment within budget constraints.
* Develop project timelines and stay on schedule.
* Prepare construction documents and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
* Conduct site visits to oversee installation and ensure adherence to design plans.
* Stay up-to-date on current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional interior design/architecture setting.
* Proficiency in Auto CAD and Sketch Up for creating 2 D and 3 D drawings.
* Strong understanding of building codes and construction principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
* Creative problem-solving skills.
* Experience with project management software a plus.
* Knowledge of sustainable design practices preferred.
Salary:
10-15 K INR per month
