We are looking for an experienced Senior Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across global banking environments.

As a Senior Transformation Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you will spearhead large-scale business and technology transformation programs across Banking and Financial Services. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, driving governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives translate into successful outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have deep banking domain expertise and a proven track record of delivering complex transformation initiatives across multiple markets and geographies.

Location: Pune and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale transformation and change programs within Banking & Financial Services.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, implementation, and change management activities.
• Define, document, and manage business and change requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks, including Steering Committees (PSCs), Working Groups, and executive forums.
• Manage project RAID logs, status reporting, financial tracking, business cases, investment approvals, and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to ensure successful execution.
• Engage, influence, and manage senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Support multi-market initiatives and global delivery models.
• Champion Agile ways of working and collaborate with distributed teams across regions.

What We're Looking For

Project & Transformation Management Expertise

• Proven experience leading strategic transformation and enterprise change programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery lifecycle and delivery management practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Banking Domain Experience

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

Retail Banking

Wealth Management

Private Banking

Digital & Channel Banking

Payments

Operations Transformation

Experience in customer journey transformation, digital modernization, and mobile banking initiatives will be highly valued.
