In this Superintendent opportunity, you'll lead day-to-day site execution from project start through completion, coordinating field teams and stakeholders to keep work safe, on schedule, and aligned with company standards. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include: 5+ years of construction site supervision experience Experience managing installation teams, subcontractors, and field labor, including stone installation and/or interior fit-out (luxury, commercial, or specialty construction preferred) Lead site construction teams and coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, architects, general contractors, and internal project teams Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, safety standards, and project requirements Monitor productivity, labor allocation, sequencing, installation progress, and resource utilization; oversee availability of tools, equipment, machinery, and materials Supervise stone production and installation coordination in alignment with drawings, cutting lists, and site requirements Enforce Health &amp; Safety policies and OSHA requirements, conduct inspections, and maintain quality control throughout construction Track progress, deficiencies, safety observations, manpower, deliveries, inspections, timesheets, and corrective actions; communicate updates to the General Superintendent and Project Manager Salary: $80,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
