We are hiring a highly motivated and organized Teamlead to join our rapidly growing company in Gujrat. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of employees to ensure that all projects and tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will also be responsible for setting goals and targets for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching, as well as handling any issues or conflicts that may arise. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a minimum of 2 years experience in team management. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.
