ROLE: Assistant Manager - Collections LOCATION: Nashik, Maharashtra ROLE OVERVIEW As an Assistant Manager – Collections, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end collections for assigned unsecured loan portfolios across the Maharashtra region. The role focuses on driving strong recovery performance through effective portfolio management while ensuring adherence to regulatory and organizational compliance standards. You will be accountable for overseeing collection operations across the region, optimizing recovery strategies, and delivering a consistent, customer-centric collections experience.
